To take advantage of the low rates, Delta FLCA can lock in your rate for the life of the loan.  Rates availabe are 10, 15, 20 or 30 years.  You choose the best option for you.

After you've had your loan 1 full year, if the interest rate drops we will lower your rate for you at your request.  Currently there is no fee for this service, but is subject to change without notice.  Ask your loan officer for details of this service.
